Resort
Safety
As the events surrounding COVID-19 continue to evolve, we remain fully dedicated to the safety, health and well-being of all Sunrise Park Resort guests and staff. As we reopen these are the precautions we plan to take.
We will also continue to monitor and follow CDC Guidelines as we operate during the era of COVID-19.
Please feel free to reach out to us if you have any questions or concerns.
We look forward to safely welcoming guests back to Sunrise! Take advantage of the only lift-served mountain bike trail system in Arizona, relax on the scenic lift and view stunning vistas from the top of Sunrise Peak, or hike through wildflowers, enjoying the cool, clean air. We ask that all of our guests continue to follow social distancing practices to help protect themselves and others.
Please note that these are planned guidelines, and may change. Check back to our website prior to your visit for the most current information.
We encourage all our guests to review travel guidance from their local health authorities as well as the state of Arizona before making the journey to the White Mountains and Sunrise Park Resort. Learn more about Arizona's COVID-19 guidelines at the Arizona Department of Health Services website.
Resort-Wide Policy Updates
All staff will undergo a health screening prior to every shift.
Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the resort.
Guests will be encouraged to bring their own mask or face covering.
Guests should purchase products and activities online prior to arrival using the One Pass, the same reloadable card used last winter for lift tickets and season passes. Simply load mountain bike lift tickets or scenic lift tickets to the card.
If you don't have your One Pass card yet, please create your account online before heading out to the resort and purchase your products using the shopping cart. When you get here go to the Funland building to pick up your One Pass cards. Make sure you keep the card so you can use it this winter!
