By signing here you understand and agree that purchasing a Season Pass is Non-Refundable & Non-Transferable for the purchaser or the Season Pass Holder. A $50.00 replacement fee will be charged if lost. A fee of $5.00 for a one time only lift ticket will be charged if you forget your pass. (Your season pass will be hot passed for the day.) Please understand that neither Sunrise not the White Mountain Apache Tribe can guarantee that the Sunrise Ski Park Ski Area will be open any minimum number of days any more than we can guarantee snowy weather for the coming season. Season passes are non-refundable and you should not expect any reduced prices on next year's season pass even if we have a shortened or a bad snow year. I certify that the above information is correct to the best of my knowledge. Pass privileges may be revoked without refund for any false information provided on this form. Violation of the Safety Code may result in partial or permanent loss of pass privileges without refund.
